       parking ticket in Southwark

       I got a parking tick in Southwark on a weekday around 6:15pm.
       Is it worth appealing?

       On what grounds do you think it could be challenged? You'll have
       to say why you parked there at least.

       In winter whenever it gets dark, you feel that it is evening and
       parking on a single yellow is fine, but it was not this time:(

       So you never looked for the sign giving the yellow line
       restrictions, then ?
       There are two exemptions to the restricted times, (1)
       loading/unloading, (but not shopping), and (2)
       boarding/alighting passengers.

       If that timeplate is there as per the shot I took off Google
       Maps below then you are bang to rights except that I've looked
       at the council's pics and there is no pic of the timeplate which
       is odd.

       Bang to rights means you have no chance unless that timeplate
       isn't there but it was in July lat year as you can just see:
