       Letter From Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd

       Just received the attached letter from 'Direct Collection
       Bailiffs Ltd' stating that over 5 years ago, I parked in a
       hospital car park for too long.
       Could I get some advice on the best way to proceed with this
       please?
