       Thanks all for your help I did manage to get through to them
       over the phone after trying multiple times and waiting ages
       They have confirmed that they didn't pay and court is cancelled
       :D  :D  :D
       He told me that they have written to me on the 16th and it will
       be sent to me by post when they send post next time

       Good news, the dubious tactics we see all the time again -
       threaten court but discontinue or don’t pay the court fee.
       They knew that a court would have thrown out their case, but
       their tactics are designed to frighten people into paying.
