I parked the car to drop the kids in the park for their sports
session and found the PCN was on my car
there were many car parked in such manner and it was sunday
location

Please post both sides of the PCN (without redactions) -
mistakes are often in the 'small print'.

on GSV show us exactly where you parked it appears that there is
only a small area where footway parking is purportedly not
allowed but i would venture the resolution that allows footway
parking does not exclude that area

The reason for this is that we can check the click count and if
it remains at zero, we can prove they've not looked at the
documents and that is a failure to consider, which is a
procedural impropriety.

which option to select when appealing ?
The alleged contravention did not occur.
The Penalty exceeds the relevant amount.
Procedural Impropriety.
Traffic order not valid.
Other grounds.

I have recieved a reply from redbridge and they have rejected
the appeal stating that
'You have Parked on the wrong side of the arrow on the sign and
therefore the PCN stands'
