Hi this part of the road goes from 40-30mph quite quickly and
there was a van parked near where it changes. Am I bang to
rights or there is some mitigation, some people will say you
should do the speed limit, but changing from 40-30 im sure this
is normal? Also when I login to the portal, it has three images
of my car but they are all the same, just the back of the car?
Will try and upload asap. Thanks in advance.

I don't quite understand what you mean:

Surely that's the case with all speed limit changes. The new
limit begins at the sign.
Are you saying you could not see the sign?
In any case, you must respond to the "request for driver's
details" within the 28 days allowed.

The first photo is tge money shot showing you travelling at
35mph away from the camera.
The third shot does not have your number plate obscured

Its a road going out of a town, 40 to national speed limit, then
40 to 30 then national speed limit. What will happen as no
points? 3 points or speed awareness course? But as Ive said am I
court red handed then? Theres no issues with road etc?Is there a
way I can check all roads etc, this happened to me once before,
and the road hadn't been officially changed from 40 down to
30mph and got off, I know its a long shot?
