I think there is mileage in this argument. I need to remind
myself of winning appeals on this conflation in the full
knowledge not all adjudicators will accept it. But, 3 days is a
substantial time differential.

There are 42 days between 19th August and 10th October, don't
they only have 28 days for NTK?
