the court if you haven’t otherwise been notified to ask if the
case is still going ahead or has been struck out.

No, it’s not from DCBL, it’s from DCB Legal, they are different
companies.
In any case, ignore. They will keep reducing the amount until it
gets to zero. If they phone you or text you, block their number.

Good afternoon everyone
I called the court today and the person I spoke with said I am
not the named person on the claim number so they can not provide
any update.
Any advice on how to get an update or can I visit the court to
ask

She didn't mention the name to me but excel parking services
limited is the 1st claimant and I and the 1st defendant which I
mentioned to her but she said I should check other
correspondence to be sure the claim number is correct. I am
confused because the claim number is the same in all the
correspondence.

Who is the person named in the N1SDT Claim Form? That will be
addressed to the defendant.
