Hi everyone,
I’ve already submitted a challenge using the wording shared
above on this forum, but unfortunately, it was rejected.
Would anyone be able to offer further advice?
Do you think it’s worth taking this to the Tribunal?

To make sure you have the best advice please to have a read of

and start your own thread, posting there
all sides of the PCN,
a copy of yr reps,
and all sides of their rejection.
Only redact yr own name & address from docs - be sure to leave
all else in.
As far as we know, so far H&F have only folded after an appeal
has been registered at Tribunal.
