Hi all i got the mediation call and offered £0, i now received
this letter does this mean i have to attend court? Will it go to
court
Sorry wont allow me to add attachment but the letter states
This claim has been transferred to the county court at Uxbridge
for allocation. On receipt the file will be referred to a
procedural judge who will allocate the claim to track and give
case management directions. Details and the judges decision will
be sent to you in a notice of allocation.
Is there any way i can avoid court?

You won’t be attending court. This will be discontinued before
they have to pay the trial fee.
If you can’t host the file on here the use a free third party
hosting such as Google Drive or DropBox etc.
Show us the anotice of Allocation when you get it.

I can tell you with greater than 99.9% certainty that any claim
issued by DCB Legal will be discontinued if it is not struck out
first. No need to stress over this.

Ignore.
Usual from DCB Legal.
Stay the course and you will pay £0.
They threaten you with court, and then make out that by settling
for £60 you are in some way helping the court out. I don’t think
so!

You may want to ask yourself if a claimant who was confident in
their position and intending to proceed to a hearing would be
quite so willing to settle for 22% of the alleged value of their
claim.

That's the current balance in their make-believe world where
they like to intimidate their defendant with big numbers.
