Well, not necessarily... As noted above, post up the PCN, there
may be issues with it, or the Council's handling of the appeals
process, that may mean you can get it cancelled on a
       technicality.

The sign appears to mix the 12 hour and 24 hour clock, only
referring to am and pm on some lines. It's not clear whether
Monday to Friday parking is 06:00 to 19:30 or 18:00 to 19:30.
This is confusing as it could be read as there being an overlap.

Pl read page 172 of the Traffic Signs Manual and then compare
       with the sign.

Any chance of a clearer photo of the top part of the sign. The
yellow line looks very broad for a 'no waiting' marking.

Despite the width of the line, the symbol in the top plate
appears to be 'no waiting' (single diagonal red line from top
left to bottom right) therefore the sign appears to be compliant
       even if complex.

I don't think the OP can escape the obvious fact that the top
sign is present and in good condition, and shows the No Waiting
times clearly. Of course there may be a 'technical' appeal not
related to the alleged contravention, but I don't see one, maybe
       others do.
