Yes, because it is the same council signing error. Note that
similar signs elsewhere have already won an appeal at London
Tribunals. Hippocrates will no doubt post it up.

Please post rejection letters. The next stage is you either pay
or take them to London Tribunals.

Hi all just received two charge certificates after receiving my
notice of rejections for my two pcn’s which at the time I did
not realise I had to appeal within a specified time to the
tribunal I’m just wondering if there is still any chance of
appeal as I’m a full time carer of my disabled child and totally
forgot all about it please help thank you

They were entitled to serve the charge certificates on 5th
March; however, it is possible to register an appeal late if
you have a really sound reason to do so. I would do it today if
that is the case.

Do I use the same grounds;
make this formal representation:
The contravention did not occur as the sign referring to term
time is proscribed. As per school parking restrictions, how is a
driver expected to know the times of any term time in advance?
Please cancel the PCN therefore.
Yours
Reg. keeper

Is it best to appeal online or via the completed forms?
