Euro car parks PCharge 'Final Reminder'

Hello, some assistance, please. This is very frustrating as I
have been tossed between the petrol station and Euro carparks.
I went to wash my car using the Auto carwash at the petrol
station, and there was a queue of a few cars. I eventually
washed the car and left. i received the PCN and went to the
Petrol station. The guy told me he would contact them to get it
cancelled.
i still received another letter some months later about the
outstanding debt. I contacted the station again and gave them
the person's name i got who promised to get it cancelled. I was
told he no longer worked there. This new person at the station
asked me to contact Euro car parks and inform them myself that i
was washing my vehicle.
I rang up and informed them, but was told this needs to come
from the station. Called the station again and asked for the
manager who has not called back.
fast forward to today and here i am with this letter. What are
my options, please?

DCBL has no role here other than to try and scare you into
paying. Note the use of the word “may” more than once.
Feel free to ignore them, and then either appeal to Euro Car
Parks or don’t (they will reject anyway). Per your original PCN.
But you’ve identified who the driver was in your post, and it’s
usually better to refer to “the driver” in the third person, you
are the registered keeper and they are not the same thing.
Euro didn’t use to take people to court, if still true you just
ignore letters like this.
EDIT A different post has reminded me that ECP now scares people
by issuing court papers, but discontinues the action if they are
defended, so possibly more paperwork for @pirell but ultimately
nothing to pay.

we need to see any correspondence including the original PCN
NtO.
redact your personal details.

you can ignore meaningless debt collectors letters but not a
"LBCC" (Letter before court claim). or any letters from DCB
Legal (not dcbl)

Follow the advice here and no one pays a penny to ECP.
Yes it will go to litigation but that is a good thing because it
will cost them and they will eventually discontinue as long as
the claim is defended.
Come back when you receive a Letter of Claim (LoC) that will be
issued by DCB Legal (not DCBL).

Thank you. I have lost the initial PCN, but I will go to the
station today to take pictures of where I was queuing up.
