Hi,
I'm interested because I'm going through exactly the same with
them.
I don't know all of CPR, but I would have expected to receive a
claim form 1st. Maybe check MCOL (but you need credentials which
came with the claim form...). Let's see what the real experts
say.

AlexDove, please start your own thread if you have a similar
issue.

Makes sense of course but bear in mind that our 2 cases are
identical, with the same claimant and have reached the same
stage and have been on the same thread for 2 months now.

I hadn't noticed that two separate users had been posting about
their cases on the same thread, and had been responding as if
they were one and the same (which is exactly why we have a 'one
case, one thread' rule)

Oh, I am sorry, I did not realised I have to do that.
Is it posting to my original thread an option or need to start a
new one altogether?

If you already have your own thread for this case, then yes
please continue that.

Hello,
Just got a notice of transfer of proceedings from the civil
national business centre advising all parties that the claim has
been transferred to my local county court for allocation by a
procedural judge who will give case management directions.
In the meantime DCB Legal has tried calling.

Ignore DCB's calls, everything should be in writing.
Await the directions.

Hello,
This time, I received an email from a DCB Legal case manager:
"WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Good afternoon,
We write in relation to the above matter.
Our client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude
this matter. We ask that you call us on 0203 838 7038 to discuss
this further.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,"
Of course, they want to switch to a phone conversation.
