Hi all
As many others I received this PCN from this location and
thought I'd have a look here before paying up the £65 - and have
seen this location has been won by cp8759 many times based on
the GLA road consent. Is this still the case the currently.

There was no contravention of a prescribed order, and the
penalty demanded on the PCN exceeds the amount due in the
circumstances of the case.
