Does this mean that there are no other grounds of
appealing/contesting this PCN? I received the attached letter
and want to understand if I should just pay or make another
representation.

exactly the same as the previous one. There's no reason why
you'd ever want to pay a London bus lane PCN, especially with a
council like Greenwich.

Exactly. We have 100% success rate against this council: 2 DNCed
a couple of years ago and 2 which went the full distance. They
failed to attend and costs were awarded in one. If I get
involved, I suggest you name as late as possible for strategic
reasons!

Did you attend the hearing ? The adjudicator refused your appeal
so you must now pay-up, or you'll have bailiffs at your door.
