       Telephone the Tribunal today and ask for it to be changed to a
       personal (=telephone or video) hearing, as advised by CP.
       Otherwise, as the letter says, the case will be decided in your
       absence.

       Do this, and then make a subject access request to TFL as I
       previously advised.
