       I had the same issue 10 years ago and with the help of this site
       (when we were on Pepipoo) it got thrown out and I also included
       a statement about there not being any proof of their boundaries.
       I will post on your own topic  and I will have a search to see
       if I can find a copy of my Popla appeal to post up.
