Thank you.
McDonald's complaint emailed to their customer services.
I have emailed the BPA complaint to Met Parking and Cc McDonalds
in also. However, when I tried to upload the complaint to the
BPA portal there seems to be an error as when I click submit the
form jumps to the textbox and it says 'Details are Missing'.
I've checked all sections are complete and attempted this
several times and the results are the same. Is there another way
to upload/send the complaint?

Try again. I just tried and successfully submitted a sample
complaint with two PDF attachments and it went through with no
issues. If the complaint is in PDF format, then just put some
text in the text box such as "see uploaded PDF file".

Dear xxxxx,
Thank you for getting back in touch further following the
parking ticket you received during a visit to one of our
restaurants.
I regret that when a parking contravention has occurred, we are
unable to deal with any specifics or cases on an individual
basis. As mentioned, if a customer contravenes the clearly
displayed parking regulations, they will receive a ticket.
I have once again reviewed all the information produced, but
whilst I do appreciate your further comments, our position on
this matter has not changed. I can therefore only refer you back
to our previous email.
If you have not already appealed to the parking company, this
would be an advisable step to take first. As a further action
after this point, POPLA are an independent body who rule on such
matters. They can be contacted via www.popla.co.uk
Thank you for contacting us again and I am sorry that we can be
of no further assistance on this matter.

You need to get your local media interested in this one.
McDonalds are useless but will take notice once it gets out
there that their employees together with unregulated parking
operatives are stalking their customers including into the
toilets.
Unfortunately, the McDs customer service staff are too thick to
understand the severity of this issue and you'll need to find a
way to get this escalated to an appropriate adult.

Reply email from Met Parking regarding the BPA complaint
attached below. They've now supplied a redacted picture of a so
called site survey.

The "site survey" suggests the ridiculous survey was done at
12.04 - all the photos of the vehicle were taken at least half
an hour before, by the looks of things.
A point to include in your POPLA appeal is that MET have
provided no evidence that the vehicle was still on site when the
survey was conducted.

Where did you get the info that the "survey" was done at 12:04?
There is no time recorded on the piece of paper in the photo and
the photo of the piece of paper is time-stamped 17:26, whereas
the alleged contravention was recored at 11:23.
You can tell you are dealing with a bunch of ex-clamper thugs
who are intellectually malnourished.
