redact name and address. We can go and look at the video using
your PCN Number and car reg, its easy-peasy. The offence occurs
at the point of entry into the box, and the video must show
this. Their rejection is the usual Fob-Off, I'm afraid.

       The PCN is AG47146723
The Car reg is LM09 LAO

Indeed not, but no space for the OP to exit either.

Sorry, I was thinking of another thread.
       However, the link I gave
  HTML https://www.yellowboxes.co.uk/1-the-box<br
       />is relevant.
We have had cases here, notably
  HTML https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/pcn-lewisham-yellow-box-junction/msg36163/#msg36163
where unfortunately in case 2240118506 Michael Burke widened the
       definition of junction:
       --- Quote ---
       > I note that case reference 2090257179 was decided under
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002. This PCN
is enforced under Traffic Signs Regulations and General
Directions 2016. I am satisfied that the box junction is in
place to facilitate buses exiting from the bus station opposite
and that in these circumstances a wide interpretation should be
given to the requirement that it be ‘at a junction between two
       or more roads’.
       --- End Quote ---
The yellowboxes site also quotes cases in support of the
argument against YBJs outside bus stations:
       2220655535 2200134664 (In full at
  HTML https://www.yellowboxes.co.uk/illegal-box-appeals
       )
       and against 2230528614
So it would appear that an adjudicator's ruling against YBJ
outside a bus garage is probable, it is by no means certain.
       -------------------------------------
       EDIT:
       Looking at GSV -
  HTML https://maps.app.goo.gl/yvLF25zKTpTJ5TVh6
       and
virtually moving into the 'bus station,
it would appear that vehicles (and pedestrians) have unfettered
access to the 'bus station, which I feel makes it a road and
thus this box is at a junction of two or more roads, and far
harder to argue that this is not a road.
