Your letter to BW Legal was to put on record their incompetence,
ignore their latest letter too and come back when you get a
Letter of Claim.

Hello,
Reply #45 is the Letter of Claim this BW Legal company has sent,
with response to 22Nov25 when the letter was posted on the
13Nov25.
I followed up with the advise response I got here, following the
thread here.
Didn't heard from them after a second reply, until now, with the
latests post being their last reply.
Looking to see what I should do next :)

2026, 09:35:39 am).
Following advise here, I did not reply to them, as they don't
answer any of the points raised.

Hello Catrina - thanks for sharing.
Wonder if there is a time period they have to respond by before
the case falls into a ''expired'' period and no further action
can take place ?

Hello,
I wonder that myself, but not sure. It took them a few months
between my response and their last communication. I was already
thinking they had given up... But no.. But given they didn't
provided a deadline or anything, I'm now waiting again to see...
:)

I lose track of who is asking what and of whom, but a case for
breach of contract (which is what the non-payment of a Parking
Charge Notice is) can be brought for up to six years after the
claimed breach. Sometimes these companies dig out their
outstanding unpaid notices after several years. If you move
house without telling them there is a chance of a judgment in
default being made against you, which will be a pain to unravel.

6 years seems long, but if that's the law...
I have moved house but told them. They have sent a letter to the
new address, but now all coms are via the company online
platform.
