On page 4 I posted the last 2 there is a form for 205 pounds to
fill out PN39833603 205 PN3987672A 205! Help me how to fill it
out correctly and how it will help me.

the main thing is how to stop this process so that these animals
don't steal my car before the tribunal!

The only PCN I'm interested in is the one which resulted in a
tow.
You say you made reps, but when and how?
You might get to the council via the back door i.e. that if you
were to get to tribunal and win regarding the tow then you would
be able to go back to the council via non-parking channels and
get the others cancelled irrespective of where they are in the
process because they are based upon the same facts.
If you keep going on about 4 PCNs to the exclusion of the tow
and your reps then I can't see any hope for you as regards these
channels.

We know you paid to have the car released, this was on 17 Oct.
2024. You therefore had until 13 Nov. to submit representations
to the authority.
Where are these and how and when sent?

I'm already here, I wrote, I immediately took the appeal form
and sent it. It was delivered in 2 days, but there are no
answers!

sent it. It was delivered in 2 days, but there are no answers!
I simply need to see evidence of this 'appeal form' and its
delivery, not repeated statements. Do you have this?

You don't have two PCNs sitting at £205 each. You have four
according to the documentation you have shown us.

PN39833603
PN39781678
If you don't get a grip on this the Council will get bailiff
warrants authorised by the Traffic Enforcement Centre at
Northampton Count County Court. The bailiff will write to you at
a cost of £75 per PCN. £205 + £75 = £280. £280 x 4 = £1120. That
£1120 on top of the £265 you've already paid out for PCN
PN39936195.
I've repeatedly asked you for the date your letter of
representation, against PCN PN39936195, reached the Council as
per the Royal Mail tracking you say you have. But we're still in
the dark.
It should be possible to get this case before the independent
Adjudicator. But you need to cooperate.
You cannot submit an appeal to the Independent Adjudicator at
the London Tribunals online as you have no Notice of Rejection
of your formal representation against PCN39936195. Hence I asked
you previously to contact the Council and ask them for a manual
appeal form and to also contact The London Tribunals and ask
them if they can provide a form to submit a manual appeal. Have
you done either of those tasks?

Once again, when was it delivered? And a copy of what you sent
