       Thanks. I had doublechecked but I didn't even see the link way
       over on the right of the post.
       So the OP has again misunderstood the advice - in this case to
       approach bailiffadviceonline - and has asked her about the SAR
       to Newham rather than asking about how to approach the tickets
       he hasn't paid?   [Edit:  Actually I see the advice given twice
       was very clear - to contact bailiffadvice for suggestions about
       how to agree a payment plan with Rundles, not to discuss the
       SAR!]
       I did suggest way back on 27 March that as English clearly
       wasn't the OP's first language (although somebody claimed it
       was!) and as he obviously didn't have a clue as to how the
       process worked, he might benefit from a link explaining the
       process.
       (I'd have done it myself but I don't think I'm any more expert
       than the OP in this)

       OP, let's try and address the immediate problem.
       Contact bailiffadviceonline as per previous advice as soon as
       possible. At this stage, why you didn't follow advice previously
       is, IMO, not the issue, you have to deal with the bailiffs.
