Expensive mick r Did I really explain it wrong 3 times? I shared
files directly on the forum for a whole year without any
problems! There is always an add files function in messages, but
now this function has been disabled for me, and no reason was
given and who exactly decided to do this?

it no good harping on about what you used to do. back in post #2
you were given a link setting out how to post incl adding
attachments. you appear not to have read it.
then more recently, when you accused mods of removing a function
just for you, DWBM2 (a moderator) posted reply #239 which
contained a link which explicitly tells you how to post
attachments.youve been directed to that link at least 3 times.
       so you either....
       1. read it but decided not to do what it tells you.
       2. couldn't be bothered to read it at all.
either way if you want more help, do what it says in the link.

Read reply #239 again. It's not been switched off for you, it's
no longer available for anyone. There's a reason we advise
people against uploading directly onto here. The simple reason
for limited upload space is money - image hosting requires
storage, storage is expensive, and this site is free.
Arguing the toss about image hosting won't get the bailiffs off
your back, providing the information that some of our
(remarkably patient) experts need, using a suitable alternative
       like Imgur, might.

As explained by the global moderator [member=103]DWMB2[/member]
the available upload space for the forum has been exhausted. And
that applies to everyone, not just you.
So a reminder to please have a look at the READ THIS FIRST -
       **BEFORE POSTING YOUR CASE!**
  HTML https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/<br
/>sticky post at the top of this forum. Amongst other items it
explains the principles of posting links to images and documents
hosted on 3rd party web sites that specialise in hosting images.
I amongst others want to see the Rundles letter. So please try
and post it up or try and Private Message it to me.
As to Councillor John Morris, I believe he has been on holiday
but has now returned. So I still expect he will respond to you.
Councillor Morris' job as an elected Councillor is to represent
you, as a person resident in his ward, with your problems with
the Council. He can't intervene directly with parking PCNs but
he can intervene with Subject Access Requests.
And I repeat my earlier question:
Do you share your front door letter box with anybody else?
Right now your best bet is to negotiate a staged payment plan
with Rundles. But let's see the letter first.
If you don't get Rundles under control then your car will be
clamped, then quickly impounded and sold at auction to pay the
       debts.
As things stand you have no recourse to any court any more.
The surprising thing to me is that it has taken Rundles so long
to step up the enforcement process.
And are you using Google Translate or some program like that. I
get the impression that you are not understanding what the forum
members are telling you. Maybe that's due to translation errors
or limitations. I assume your native language is Latvian then
please try and find somebody who can translate our posts on here
       for you.

They've already charged the £235 "attendance" fee, it's included
in their ref:22713225. They can only charge the £235 once
regardless of how many PCNs they are trying to collect.
If they seize your car then they can charge an additional £110.
I strongly advise you to contact bailiff advice online
  HTML https://bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/.
       Ask for help with
negotiating a staged payment plan with Rundles.
We can't make any progress at the moment, until we get sight of
all of the correspondence which is the reason for the Subject
       Access Request.
