       just to confirm you didn't reveal who was driving at the time?
       No I, or we etc and that you only appealed as the keeper as per

       OK. So take your time and put together an appeal to POPLA.
       Remember that POPLA will not consider mitigating circumstances,
       only whether the PCN has been issued correctly according to the
       law and the Code of Practice.
       Show us what you think you should send to POPLA and we will
       critique or make suggestions as appropriate before you send it.
       As already mentioned, you can do a search of the forum for
       examples of other POPLA appeals to give you an idea of how to
       structure them.
