That is a council permit and does not grant you special
permissions on private land. As quoted on the permit:
"This permit does NOT entitle you to park: [...] on
private roads or in private allocated parking spaces"
The permit also makes clear that it is only for use when making
home visits, although that's largely irrelevant in this case as
the vehicle wasn't parked on the public highway.

Ok so, in a new job, should have read properly and not listened
to co workers? I used it once before and didnt get a letter from
the parking company, could be a new system?
Shall I still fight it or just pay up?

I assume by no further response I should just pay up?
Kind regards

Do please give us chance to reply! This is a busy forum and I do
this as a volunteer alongside my full time job.
There is an argument to be made that ParkingEye's PCNs do not
comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of the Protection of
Freedoms Act, which would allow them to recover the charge from
the keeper of the vehicle. If it does not comply, they can only
hold the driver liable, and they don't know who that is.
Opinions vary on this point - my personal view is that going to
court on that point alone, without any other defence, would be a
risky tactic.
Neither ParkingEye nor POPLA would accept that argument, so
you'd need to be prepared to potentially argue it in court.
One thing you should definitely try is to speak to the
management of the venue you were visiting, to see if they will
intervene. I don't mean to sound blunt, but you could seek to
play off the fact you were there as a carer for someone who is
presumably disabled and/or vulnerable in some way.

and with someone im not usually with I will try to see if I can
get a copy of the pass today. I will also go and spek to the
venue, I will update.

with and is a regular, they will sort it out over the weekend. I
took the receptionists name and a copy of a the letter. They
said will ger Lt cancelled so hopefully that's it.
Thanks for all your input

they said no, I should get a letter in next couple of weeks.
