I reached out to advise her to post here and she hasn’t even had
the decency to let me know.
Bizarre behaviour if I’m being honest.
I think she took initial advice off a FaceBook called Excel
Parking & Vehicle Control Services.
I suspect she got some bad advice off there and is now where she
is because of that.

As it turns out, watching the BBC East Midlands clip the other
day it was HMCTS mediation. You can see it at the end of the
article on her laptop.
I assumed, wrongly, that it was be IAS.
