The deadlines are as I gave them to you. You only need to submit
the AoS if you need more time. The deadlines are Claim
submission date plus 5 days for service plus any non-workdays if
the 5th day is a non-work day and then 14 days for defence or 28
days with AoS.

Hi,
I have received a letter today saying that I didn’t respond to
the claim.They didn’t look at the email I have sent.i have
received Auto reply that it will take 10 days to respond.
What should I do now?
I’m trying to call the CNBC helpline and it is very long wait
time for hours not answered yet

Please confirm that the letter you received is a single A4 page
with the Judgment for Claimant (in default) form printed on one
side and a Claim Form and Response Pack cover letter on the
reverse.
If so, PM me and I will give you a contact email address where
you can send an unredacted copy of that letter (both sides) so
that I can include you in a class action that I am taking
against the CNBC. You are now the 8th claim that I have notice
of with these same exact circumstances.

Yes it is the same letter.I have contacted the CNBC via web-chat
and they asked me to send the email again by changing the
subject as URGENT UNPROCESSED DEFENCE with the auto reply email
screenshot and I have done that again.I will DM you.

What exactly have they told you to email again? The defence?
Did they acknowledge that there is a problem at their end?
Please PM me so I can give you an email address to send me
unredacted copies of the CCJ/Cover letter which I an add to the
growing evidence of this problem at the CNBC. The formal
complaints process is far too slow.
Do you have a transcript of the web chat you had with them?

Yes,The same defence email I have forwarded with the attachment
by changing the subject and screenshot of their automated email
to prove I have responded on time.
They accepted that there is delay at their end.
I have DM’d you.

As you did receive a claim form, they will automatically get
this set aside for you. Unfortunately, for those that did not
receive a claim form, the process is going to be much more
prolonged and messy.

Just had a Webchat with one of the agent and he confirmed that
he can see my defence has been filed today as per judges
order.what will happen next?

The CCJ will be set aside and everything will revert back to
where it was just after filing the defence.
