restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone

Dear Redbridge
The contravention did not occur because:
1.
are no warning signs.
2.
discretion and limits to one ground of representation which
flies in the face of the law and the PCN thereby causing
confusion.
In light of the above, please cancel.
****
I would do this asap as they have a nasty habit of sending out a
charge certificate before the law allows them to do so. 19th is
the deadline but please do it no later than tomorrow.

Please can you confirm if this worked? I had no idea what term
time was and it was too late once I'd past the sign I breaked
immediately but it was too late for the fine. It was also 15:55
on the camera but my car said 16:00
I've been away and come home later than the 14 days to pay the
reduced fine so am looking at £130 fine. How am I supposed to
now when term time is? So confusing!
Please help

You will need to start your own thread. Please to have aread of
HTML https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/
and post up on yr own thread a brief account of the
circumstances; all sides of the PCN (redact only yr name &
address - leave everything else in), with a GSV link to the
location. Also get a copy of the Council photos and video.
'term-time' is not an approved variant on a sign.

Just had the hearing with Hippocrates present.
Won!
Based on insufficient signage.
Great result and thanks again to Hippocrates for all his help.

Well done - it's a pity Mr.Sean Stanton-Dunne did not address
the issue of the blue term-time only plate.

The reason being that he could not read it! Neither could we.
Also, the signs in the video were not the same as the ones
provided in the NOR. The right hand sign has no such plate in
the video but they obviously provided a sign in J with a plate -
but sill unreadable. And they provided no Traffic Management
Order! I took a back seat and wished him a pleasant afternoon.
Such a gentleman. I have met him many times and I sense the
direction to be taken from the outset.
Re lack of TMO: strategic not to mention this in one's skeleton
argument in case they correct the error. cf lack of VCA
certificate for bus lane appeals. I do like my Glacier Mints.
