Context:
I received a PCN letter from Redbridge Council dated 20-11-2024.
I want to appeal this PCN.
I had basically arrived at the Newbury Park Children Play Centre
at 1.20PM for a session with my toddler and stayed there for an
hour before we left at 2.30PM.
I had parked on the road you see me turning from. I did not even
see the sign as it right at the junction (not an excuse I know)
but it is literally 1 minute after the restriction starts!
Ground for appeal?
I have read a few threads and don't think any of these would
apply:
1. Restricted View
2. Vague locations
I don't know what grounds I have if any?
I have attached the video too and the location (although the
Maps location is old and doesnt have the picture of the r
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! Plenty of grounds re signage. What is on the blue plate?
Please screenshot all pages presented AS IF to make a
representation and report back. There will be a page with
grounds not allowed and another one later which limits to one
ground. HCA has also made an important point about the PCN.

I will drive past and get a picture of the blue plate later
today.

represented you in the past I recall. Havering bus lane?
We need to screenshot all pages of the reps. pages. AS IF to
