       Surely the key phrase is "through further investigation" ?
       As well as the widely viewed videos posted publicly, through
       further investigation, we found more content locked under
       paywalled accounts which included footage of suspected
       non-consensual nudity and upskirting.
       Which implies that the initial arrest/warrant was based on the
       behaviour CP suggests isn't criminal, and that the dodgy stuff
       was found later, perhaps fortuitously.
       But as we don't know what the initial complaints were, this is
       all speculation.
