I received a pcn in this exact same spot from the same camera.
Except my violation was at 20:33 which as the signs clearly
state is later than 7pm when the bus lane ends. Currently

That's should be a straight win for you being after 7pm
Strange I got another letter in post today exact same pcn, same
number, time but date of notice being 8.8.23

ZGM9181, as you can see things tend to get very confusing if you
don't!
