PCN 29J Failing to comply with a one-way restriction

Hi, I was driving along London road and turned left in to James
street. I then realised it was not where I needed to go and
turned the car around and back onto London road. In my confusion
I did not realise James street was a one-way hence the
'PCN 29J Failing to comply with a one-way restriction'.
Any advice before I pay. thanks.
