Thank you all very much for your guidance and help. Today I
received an email to say they were discontinuing the claim
against me and sent me the N279 form.
I am so relieved this is over and appreciate more than you all
know for all your help and support.

Hi
I’ve been reading your thread.
HTML https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/please-help-received-a-claim-form-from-court/45/
I am in the same
Position.
Just recieved the court claim letter this morning.
I am completely liable for this parking notice. They do not know
this. I have ignored all letters.
Would following your advice encourage DBL to discontinue before
a hearing. Or would I actually have to be not liable.

I recieved a court letter. Followed the instructions to submit
acknowledgment & submit my defence.
I’ve copied and pasted a defence template that I found on here.
That made absolutely no sense to me at all.
I’m sure the company had 24 days to respond to my defence.
But I’ve worked out that it’s been 31days and I’ve had no
response? So I’m just sitting tight.
