It’s not a Letter of Claim, everything from DCBL should be
ignored, the Letter of Claim will come from DCB Legal, which is
not the same company.

They probably don't take every case to LoC stage, but they seem
to take a good portion of them. At any rate, the best advice is
to always proceed with a case as if it is going to go all the
way to a court hearing, and if it does not, great.
