To whom is the PCN addressed?
Let's assume it's not you but your employer.
What then?
The company remain liable at all times, not you. You cannot
respond in your own name. At best you can, if authorised in
writing, write on behalf of the company. Do you have this
authority?
Does your employer realise their, as opposed to your, exposure?
The discount expires on 9 Aug.

Many thanks, not worth taking the risk on the company name. I
was definitely driving on the day when the contravention took
place.
It is an FCA regulated business so better to make an appeal
today based on the various suggestions above. Sorry, not able to
disclose the name of the company.
