Parking Services-This service is contracted to Videalert. The
cameras are PADM58 :-\
Presumably, the said manufacturer has a certificate from the
VCA?

Videalert Ltd Rapidly Deployable Server
Device: Rapidly Deployable Server (PDS)
The VCA certificate for the council states:
Device: Rapidly Deployable Server (PDS) fixed cameras.
In reality, this council never had a certificate at all to
enforce bus lane contraventions prior to 8th February. Deary
me.

Personally I'd say carry on. I was meant to have a Greenwich bus
lane appeal tomorrow, but the hearing's been cancelled as they
haven't produced any evidence at all.
Let us know when you get the enforcement notice.

basically adjourned ?

The representations against the Enforcement Notice are the
formal ones which need to be carefully-worded. It is also clear
from two cases sometime ago that this council does watch the
internet. ::) As soon as the officers' attendance was required
at the hearing(s), (as per para. 7(6) of Schedule 1 to the LLA
Act 1996 (as amended), they DNCed.
