Unfortunately I have misplaced the letter dated the 8th of
august . Have emailed them today for the copy of the nto dated
8-8-23 via email today morning but I don't think they will reply
by the end of today making it late for the 14 days discount
period they have said i have till the 19th of august to
challenge
will update you as soon as I get a reply back from them. In the
meantime i will search again for the nto stupidly I didn't even
take a photo of it.
The person at greenwich mentioned to challenge the ticket
online.

period.

Sorry in a bit of a rush but this will do:

Dear Royal Borough of Greenwich,
I contest liability because the alleged contravention did not
occur. I have reviewed the video and it does not show my vehicle
in a bus lane in the vicinity of Maryon Park, the footage
appears to be of some other location. It follows that the
contravention alleged on the PCN did not occur.

I believe that cp is cross-referencing certificates with actual
named cameras.

In the two cases I represented on the other forum, they stated
that they had a certificate when in fact, they didn't! Not even
one pertaining to the wrong legislation. They are next on Tommy
Poirot's list...............
