So, are we saying we now have to cross-check the above with the
individual cameras at each location? And for each contravention
- parking or bus lane? Incredulous!

OP--getting the "bus lane closed" photos would be worthwhile.
I see the bus lane sign at 0.35 of the video but regardless of
it being in the wrong place (according to the Traffic Signs
Manual(TSM) Chapter 3 “a sign should normally be placed just
beyond each side road.”) it's effect as a singleton repeater
sign is weakened by the fact that there is nothing in the
nearside lane beyond the roundabout.
I still have reservations about the start of the bus lane since
the sign is situated on the roundabout and the actual taper for
the bus lane extends into the roundabout. The TSM indicates at
9.3.3. --”The bus lane should not start in such a position that
the marking to diagram 1010 would extend across a side road
junction”. IMO that ruling applies here.
Whilst there is the broad white line which the Council will
emphasise I still regard the signage to be inadequate.

Thank you.I will some point over this weekend go back and video
this bus lane closed however it will be before where my video
began from, as seems the roadworks in the original council pcn
has ended.
Do you think the road signs are correct or confusing?
Thanks again, hopefully have some comments/opinions from other
members of this forum

Managed to go there today have added the video of the bus lane
closed sign at the start of the video. The actual contravention
occurs around 2.17 towards the end

Have spoke to Siman in the parking department at greeenwich on
0208 921 4339 @ 10.01am today as wanted to find out when my last
chance for the discounted period ends -14 days - as i mentioned
that I got 2 letters one dated 3/8/23 and the other 8/8/23 she
replied that the my discount period ends on 19th.
I also explained i believed the bus lane was closed and she said
by looking at the photos it looks to be closed but to put this
in the challenge and to she mentioned to state that I had
received 2 letters dated different dates but having the same pcn
number to which they realized lead to confusion.
Was wondering if you would help kindly to draw up a challenge or
what your thoughts are. Appreciate your help on this
