Amend the title to also state the location.

and post here all sides of the PCN, redacting only yr name &
address, together with a GSV link to the location, and any
council photos/video.

Oh well, another has joined The Mugged Club. :( There would
probably have been a way out via their website issue. But, I
understand that many people just do not have the time for the
fight. Or go into the finer technicalities.
