       So the Clean Air Neighbourhoods pulled in an extra £11.8M and
       they only saw a drop of £6.7M on parking - sounds like a £5.1M
       win!

       Obviously PCNs from LTNs go down fairly rapidly and H&F also
       cancels a lot of first timers.
       The only way to assess this is to wait for the annual parking
       report. But the news item seems to indicate there is an increase
       in pay to park revenue so it's probable that the parking budget
       will just subside to what it was before the LTNs caused a spike.
