I’ve been contacted by email by the solicitor giving me a
settlement consideration.
I assume this is standard procedure and to continue.

All normal. It is the prequel to their discontinuation. Do not
make any contact with them.

I’m getting spammed with phone calls and voicemails from the
solicitor now.

Assuming they are calling a mobile you can always block their
number.

Yup... simply block their number. If they need to send you
information, they can email or write to you. When they
discontinue, they must send you a copy of the N279 Notice of
Discontinuation. anyway.

Just received an email from a small claims mediator saying they
tried to contact me for an appointment that was apparently
scheduled for today... I didn't receive a letter.
