REDBRIDGE - 31j Entering and stopping in a box junction when

HERMON HILL. PCN AF9900877A, Reg PO72 UKU
Video shows that I slowed down and only entered the junction
when there was a clear exit. I misjudged the space available
however, so ended up with my rear on the painted area.
There were temporary roadwork traffic lights up ahead which
caused the traffic to slow ( I couldnt see these beyond the back
of the van in front). The van stops well back of the car in
front.
Do I have a case which shows awareness of the Highway Code, but
was a simple case of misjudgement of space up ahead?

1. Do not make reps. at this moment in time as they have a habit
of issuing Charge Certificates. 2240175190.
2. The website limits to one ground which flies in the face of
the PCN and the law. And it is incomplete as opposed to the
PCN.

The issue is that this contradicts the PCN and the law: one or
other grounds. Harrow, e.g., have fixed this wording issue.
