       Et voila.. a somewhat confusing letter, page 1 says it was
       issued correctly, then page they play the 'we'll let you off
       this one time' spiel..
       Thank you to those that helped, greatly appreciated. The old boy
       is too!

       Winner winner, thanks for the update.
       The charge may well have been issued correctly (on the face of
       it, the driver did breach the terms and conditions), but that
       doesn't mean they can recover the charge from the keeper.
