       ULEZ PCN paid - but found out later that car has Certificate of
       Conformity

       Hi,
       Does anyone know/or has done this already.
       If you can get your ULEZ PCN fine refunded.
       So, if you find out after paying that actually your car has a
       'certificate of conformity (CoC)' is there an appeal process to
       claim back you fine, since TFL has incorrectly specified the
       vehicle as not conpliant?
       P.S. I know that I have to send a signed version of the CoC is
       sent to DVLA to update your V5 so future fines do not happen.
