       I am sorry, but I am counting 14 days as it says in the letter
       "beginning with the date of this rejection" so I can pay the
       reduced rate. Is that not right?

       I have checked both cases mentioned above but I could not see
       anything relevant. I am sorry but it is so confusing.

       Have you paid the discount? If not, it is Tribunal time.  Also,
       I do not think they have satisfactorily replied to the dates
       issue as they describe it as date of service.
       The de minimis argument would not be accepted by some
       adjudicators at all. In fact, the ones who used to accept 2 to 3
       seconds have now left.
