Just for clarity, you need to file an Acknowledgment of Service
or a defence by 4pm on 14 September, and if you file an AoS you
have until 4pm on 28 September to file a defence.

AOS has been filed, now need to think about filing a defence.

It's probably easier to do this the other way round... If you
show us what you have been able to come up with over the 2 years
since this thread started, we can build on this and offer some
feedback.
