Incorrect address - threads merged

Received what I'm sure is a NIP (google of the sender postcode
shows it's from a specific Police agency ) but unsure whether to
open envelope as it is addressed incorrectly.
Addressed to a company at No 19 but the actual address is 9.
Diligent postie ensured it was posted to the correct address
::)
Not sure we have even been in that specific county within the
last month.
Would best approach be to return to sender unopened and marked
unknown at this address?

Before answering that question
1/ Is the company the registered keeper (has the V5c with their
name and address on it)? If so check what that says
2/ If they are not the RK (lease vehicle for example) then have
you checked with the RK that they have the correct address and
that they provided that address.
If you are not the RK (as seems most likely for both reasons
hinted at above), by all means return it as NKTA but it will
provide no defence if/when they catch up with you.

Just checked
Should have realised when the V5C arrived a few months ago but
address on V5C is incorrect too ::)
Company is registered keeper but slight address anomaly

In which case it was sent to your last known address and it’s
probably best not to play silly beggers and risk making it worse
for the driver.
Also (I guess you’re already on it) get the address on the V5c
corrected.

Conditional Offer - Wrong Page Numbers
DIR By: NINJA

Received a Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty
Paid the fine online but then noticed an error on the paperwork
"If you wish to accept the Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty,
please read and follow the instructions on pages 2 and 3 of this
document.
The penalty amount is fixed at £100 and your driving licence
will be endorsed with 3 penalty points.
Please note that to accept the offer of fixed penalty you must
be able to comply with ALL of the conditions set out on pages 4
and 5"
Page 1 - is the Conditional Offer
Page 2 - How to make a Fixed Penalty Payment
Page 3 - Submission of driving licence details
Page 4 - Terms & Conditions of the Conditional Offer
Page 5 does not exist
Is there anything that can be contested?
So it states I must be able to comply with ALL conditions on
pages 4 and 5 but

If there are no conditions listed on p5 you cannot comply with
them. Just make sure you comply with any that are listed.
Either that or choose to decline (or ignore) the offer due to
these deficiencies.
Then the police will prosecute you in court. :)

Have you submitted your driving licence details?
Is this related to the NIP that was sent to the company at no.
19 instead of no. 9.

That was 5 months ago, bit late to be accepting a CoFP now I
would have thought...

Would the conditions be the conditions set out in law (s 75(8A)
of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988)?

Yes, same NIP
2 drivers were driving the vehicle between 2 locations on the
day making 12 return trips.
Neither driver knew who was driving at the specific time of the
offence.
After numerous letters to get this across, each time another
"Requirement for Driver Information" was received.
Finally decided which driver would accept the offence, completed
the 3rd RfDI form and added notes that it was not
an admission of offence but that we understood somebody had to
be charged
Conditional Offer received and paid but then noticed that there
was no page 5
So, seems we just have to accept the 2nd part and submit the
form to accept the endorsement
