I now have another PCN related to clones plates.

As you said in your earlier posting, this is a great faff each
time.
I take it you are still waiting for the 2nd from Haringey?
Does the same CAD number apply to separate incident in different
location?
EDIT - I've re-read the text message from the Met in your
Haringey thread. So it does apply. I would attach a copy of the
Met text to this rep and the Haringey rep and any future reps)
Have you checked Enfield for any additional PCNs?

all the key points, and helpfully the Enfiled website has an
option for "My vehicle was cloned".
Send the representation online, attach a copy of the Met report,
and make sure to keep a screenshot of the confirmation page.

Well done.
In case there are any more PCNs in the pipeline, be aware the
the clone is a Nissan Juke. There is no such model as a Nissan
Duke.
And are you aware that the MOT on your Qashqai is showing as
expired as of 10th May? Is your car maybe off the road?
