appeal?
I'm in the same situation, at the same location.
I was a little rushed at the time (Audi Q7) and I tailgated the
vehicle in front of me to get by. The oncoming vehicle wasn't
really bothered and went about there business with no apparent
fuss. The LA clearly have intentions of extortion. It's
scandalous.

We see many cases here and as said you need to start your thread
with the PCN and video if you want us to look at it.
From your pics though it doesn't look good.
