Lewisham Council have made a count court recovery charge
despite London Tribunal still making their decision

I've had a ticket with Lewisham council parking at Halesworth
Road. I paid for parking at 11:03 but the ticket was issued at
11:01 by point was that there were issues with the system, I did
not see the parking inspector at the time and I had paid for
       parking.
I took this to tribunal, but at the time they needed consent
from me as the vehicle belonged to my brother, I had sent
evidence to London tribunal, they claim I haven't I called up to
confirm I have and resubmitted the evidence and they've
       reinvestigated case.
the decision was then made on 2nd may but I have yet to hear the
outcome, I called up and they've told me I needed to wait for a
       letter.
Today I find a letter in the post from Lewisham Council stating
they're looking to recover the fees - it appears London Tribunal
have not informed them of the case being reopened.
I am worried about having to pay these fees when I shouldn't
because its still under investigation but also, I've paid for my
parking therefore should not have suffered a pcn.
Unable to find the original PCN letter has its lost somewhere
with the other plethora of parking tickets.

The tribunal publish the results of appeals on their website. I
can't find anything for "Halesworth Road" this year, or any
Lewisham decisions on the 2nd May, but if you have the PCN
number you should be able to view the result easily. Go here
  HTML https://londontribunals.org.uk/ords/pwslive/
       and then click
'View the statutory register of appeals', then in the
"Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA)" section, click
"Search". If you don't have the PCN number, try searching for
Lewisham and 01 May 2024 to 31 May 2024 then look for your name,
there were are only 45 that month to go through.
Let us know what you find!

So just to clarify, you appealed to London Tribunals, they
refused to process the appeal as you did not send authorisation
from the Registered Keeper to do so. Have you then started a new
       case or submitted additional evidence?
This would be more useful if we have a list of dates - "NoR
issues X, Tribunal case started Y, contacted Z, replied ZZ" etc.
If there was some sort of hearing on the second, this might just
be a procedural one to decide if your case evidence supported
allowing you to represent the RK, it could be any number of
       things.
Have London Tribunals confirmed the case is still open?

[member=1788]amrab[/member] if you log onto the tribunal portal
       what does it show?
This case might be another good illustration of why postal
       decisions are a terrible idea.
